Inspired by Senge's philosophy, a group of young corporate professionals
came together in 2013 to set up Sadguru Seva Pratishthan, Pune to work with grassroots initiatives
for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children, their families and
communities.
Sadguru Seva Pratishthan, Pune is one of the country’s child-focused
humanitarian organisations. With over 6-Years of grassroot experience, we employ proven, effective
development, public engagement and relief practices empowering vulnerable children and communities
living in contexts of poverty and injustice to become self-sufficient and bring lasting change. We
serve all children regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender as a demonstration of Sadguru’s
unconditional love for all people.

Mission
Sadguru Seva Pratishthan, Pune, a non-profit organization in
Maharashtra, India is to empower underprivileged children, youth and women through relevant
education, innovative healthcare and market-focused livelihood programmes.
SSPP is to deploy best possible methodology and technology for achieving
ideal SROI (social return on investment), to practice and promote good governance. To link business
competitiveness of the corporate with social development initiatives; also to sensitize privileged
children, youth and citizens in general to promote Civic Driven Change.
Grass Root-Based
The “Gaon Tethe BALVACHANALAY” work by SSPP is community-based. Our
volunteer resides with the communities at the grassroots - live with them, learn from them, listen
to them and work alongside them to find solutions to their problems. An independent board exercises
overall governance leadership, managing risks and ensuring compliance to statutory requirements.
Focus on Children
All development work that we perform focus on children - the bright
young minds of tomorrow.
Belief

society are involved proactively in the process of development, sustainable change will not happen.
